Who we are
Wild Ginger Villa is owned by WG LLC and managed by Caribbean Properties LLC, Northside, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Caribbean Properties LLC is responsible for this website and for the personal information described here.

When you send an enquiry
The form on this site asks for your name and email address, which are required so we can reply, and optionally your intended dates, number of guests, and whatever you write in the message box. If an assistant or agent submits the form for you, it may also tell us whose behalf it is acting on.
Two further things are recorded automatically when the form is submitted:
- An approximate location — city, region and country, worked out from your connection by our hosting provider. It is included in the enquiry email so we know roughly where you are writing from. It is not a precise location and we do not store it anywhere else.
- Your IP address, used only to count recent submissions so the form cannot be used to send floods of mail. That count is discarded automatically within an hour. The IP address is not attached to your enquiry and is not kept.
Enquiries are delivered to us as ordinary email and stay in our inbox while we are corresponding with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not add anyone to a mailing list from an enquiry.
When you book
The booking panel on this site is not ours. It is provided by Hospitable, the booking platform we use to manage the villa, and it runs inside a frame served from Hospitable's own systems. The dates, guest details and payment information you enter there go to Hospitable and to its payment processor — not through this website's own form.
We receive the resulting reservation: your name, contact details, dates, guest count and the amount paid. We never receive your full card number.
Hospitable's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, at hospitable.com/legal/privacy-policy. Payments are processed by Adyen, Hospitable's payment processor, under its own terms.
Reservation records are kept as long as we need them for accounting, tax and dispute purposes.
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts of its own.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and to see which pages people find useful. It reports aggregate figures — pages viewed, where visitors arrived from, country, broad device type — and is not used to build a profile of you or to follow you to other websites. We do not use Google Analytics.
The Hospitable booking panel is a third-party frame and may set its own cookies or similar storage when you interact with it; that is covered by Hospitable's policy linked above. Our typefaces are served from this website itself rather than from a font service, so simply loading a page here does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Who else touches your information
Only the services that make the site work, and only for that purpose:
- Cloudflare — hosts this site, serves it, and filters abusive traffic.
- Resend — delivers enquiry emails from the form to our inbox.
- Hospitable — the booking platform, as described above.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Nothing else.
Your choices
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. We will not make you jump through hoops to ask, and we will not charge you for it.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a U.S. state with its own privacy statute, you may have specific statutory rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. We extend those same rights to anyone who asks, wherever you are.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging travel. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.
Security, honestly stated
The site is served over HTTPS, the enquiry endpoint is rate-limited, and we keep as little as we can — the best protection for information is not holding it. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in.
