Same house, same owners, same calendar. Booking here skips the platform's service fee, and the price you see already includes everything.
The villa
Fully air-conditioned throughout, with a back-up generator for island outages. A private residence: no other guests, and the pool is yours alone.
Inside the gated community of Mahogany Run, with security staffed around the clock.
Through a gated entry and down a short flight of steps that descends through tropical planting — the main house on one level, a separate pavilion suite across the pool deck, and guest quarters with their own kitchen below.

Evenings
The trade winds drop, the outer islands go pink, and the sunset lighting comes on along the deck. Dinner is served where the view is — the veranda table seats everyone, with the grill a few steps away.
Guests describe not leaving the house for days at a time. This is usually why.

Pool & deck
The pool sits between the main house and the pavilion suite, with loungers along the rail and nothing in front of them but ocean and islands.
Heating is available at $45 a night — ask at least a day ahead, since it takes about that long to come up to temperature. A free-standing hot tub was added for the winter season, a few steps from the pool.

Inside
A second full kitchen sits downstairs with the guest quarters, so two families never queue for the same coffee maker. Guests routinely call the kitchen the best-stocked they have used.
A chef's kitchen on the main level — stone island, professional range, its own ice maker, hand-set terracotta star tile — opening straight onto the living room and the covered patio.

The remodel
Ashley found her way into interior design restoring hurricane-damaged homes here in the Virgin Islands, alongside her husband. Demand did the rest: she now runs full projects with her own team, working with local contractors and sourcing the furnishings herself. Her particular talent is making a space work harder than its square footage suggests — which is why twelve people fit here without anyone feeling crowded.
Wild Ginger was finished in December 2025. The blue-green cabinetry, the hand-set terracotta star tile, the brass that has already begun to warm — all of it was chosen for this house, not ordered from a catalogue.
“One of the other adults in our group is an interior designer and she was LOVING all of the design elements.”

Where you'll sleep
Every bedroom has an ocean view and its own full bath. No sharing, no waiting, no drawing straws on arrival.

King · Main level
En-suite bath and a private ocean-view balcony. A screened door opens straight onto the veranda.

King · Own pavilion
A separate pavilion on the far side of the pool deck, with its own en-suite bath. The most private room in the house.

Queen · Lower level
Ocean view, en-suite bath, and the quiet of the lower floor.

Queen · Lower level
Twin windows onto the water, en-suite bath, steps from the second kitchen.

Queen · Lower level
Shares the lower kitchen and living room, which holds a full-size pull-out sofa — good for children, and the sixth bed in the house.

One per bedroom
All five were rebuilt in the remodel. Several have a window over the shower with a view worth lingering in.
The layout
Three parts: the main level, the pavilion suite across the pool, and the guest quarters below.

The main level and the lower level connect by two outdoor staircases, not internal stairs. It is what makes the lower floor genuinely private — and it is worth knowing in advance if you are travelling with very young children.
Where you'll be
A quiet residential hillside on the Northside of St. Thomas, inside a gated community with security staffed 24 hours. Good roads for walking and running, and the beaches a short drive down the hill.
